Who we are
This website, bopresnillorealty.com, is operated by Bo Presnillo, a California-licensed real estate salesperson (DRE #02298792) doing business as Presnillo Realty and affiliated with LPT Realty, Inc. (California DRE #02248983). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bo Presnillo and Presnillo Realty. Questions about this policy can be sent to bo@bopresnillorealty.com or 619.916.6596.
Information you give us
- The guide request form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, and moving timeline.
- The site assistant. If you ask to be connected with Bo, the assistant asks for your name, phone number, email address, and moving timeline, along with the topics you chose during the conversation. If you use the text or email buttons, that message is sent from your own phone or email account.
- Direct contact. Anything you include when you call, text, or email us, such as details about a property, your plans, or your finances.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial documents through this website or by unsecured email.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics. We use Metricool, a third-party analytics service, to measure how visitors use the site. Its tracking script may collect the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, the date and time of your visit, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Metricool may use cookies or similar technologies to do this.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and its content delivery network automatically record standard request information, including IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, for security and site operation.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google.
- Browser session storage. The site assistant stores one setting in your browser for the current session so it doesn't keep reopening. It contains no personal information and clears when you close the tab.
How we use information
- To respond to you, send the materials you asked for, and follow up about your real estate questions.
- To provide real estate services if you choose to work with us, including coordinating with the other professionals in your transaction.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet our legal, licensing, and brokerage recordkeeping obligations.
If you give us your contact information, we may follow up by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers that run this website and our communications for us, such as website hosting (Hostinger), analytics (Metricool), font delivery (Google), and our email, phone, and contact-management tools. They may use the information only to provide their services.
- Our brokerage, LPT Realty, Inc., which supervises our real estate activity and keeps required transaction records.
- Parties to your transaction, such as lenders, escrow, title, inspectors, and other agents, but only when you ask us to or it's needed to carry out a transaction you've started.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or regulatory authority, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Your choices
- Stop hearing from us. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email, reply STOP to any text, or tell us by phone or email.
- Cookies and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a content or tracker blocker, without losing access to any part of this site.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browsers don't share a common standard for Do Not Track signals, so the site doesn't change its behavior in response to them. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request anyway.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask to review and correct the personal information we hold about you. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you may also ask to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to;
- delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions;
- correct inaccurate personal information; and
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't do either.
To make a request, email bo@bopresnillorealty.com or call 619.916.6596. We'll need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and you can use an authorized agent. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. Under California's “Shine the Light” law, you may also ask whether we have shared your information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We have not.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and staying in touch, unless you ask us to delete it. Records connected to a real estate transaction are kept for at least the period required by California real estate law and our brokerage's policies.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people and services that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Other websites
This site links to other websites and services, such as Instagram, TikTok, and public agency resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
